Following the first part of “Smallholders as true shareholders”, IAP have now looked into what happened when CACC and SoA, implemented their innovative business models in Cambodia. The business model, where smallholders are true shareholder of a venture brings together multiple value chain actors for mutual benefits. First of its kind in Cambodia, the companies and venture members now reflect on the past years’ journey in bringing the model to life, including the challenges they’ve faced and the many opportunities that awaits.
